Before you can proceed, please read and agree to the terms of service below:LemonsandWhiteRoses Commission Terms of ServiceThe LemonsandWhiteRoses service provides you with a personalised illustration in the unique LemonsandWhiteRoses style! I aim to be fair with pricing so that you receive a product that has been produced with quality skill and care with you and your vision in mind at every step of the process. It is important to me that you, as a client, receive a product that you are content with, such that you will see the final sketch of your vision and make up to 3 amendments. Additionally, once the final piece is complete, you are free to ask me to make an amendment if there is something missed that is needed to fit your original vision! In order for both parties to be protected and held accountable if something goes amiss, it is important to read and agree to the Terms of Service below.BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Your Commitments:
1.a. You must be at least 18 years old to pay for my service.
1.b. You will be added to a queue when you complete the Commission Google form to describe the details you would like to include, then within 7 working days we will discuss and agree on a final price via instagram or email.
1.c. You are committing to the commission, as will the artist, hence, a kill fee is required for cancellation and refund.
2. LemonsandWhiteRoses Products
2.a. All work is digital only. I do not ship physical goods.
2.b. I have the right to decline any commission that I feel I cannot adequetly execute.
2.c. What you see is what you get; there is a range of examples of what the artist is capable of. Disappointment with the final product is not a valid reason for refund. If you are disappointed, please leave a review - there is a review form on https://lemonsandwhiteroses.carrd.co/.
3. Rates and Pricing
3.a. The standard prices are listed on Instagram (@lemonsandwhiteroses) and on https://lemonsandwhiteroses.carrd.co/ so that you can anticipate the final cost of the service that you want.
3.b. The standard rates are calculated using the current UK national minimum hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours I expect to complete the illustration. (If it actually takes me longer to complete, you will not be charged for it.) Extra details will be added on using a fixed rate.
3.c. Prices and rates are non-negotiable.
4. Payment and Payment Options
4.a. Payment is accepted via PayPal or other digital sevices such as SumUp.
4.b. Your full payment must be received by me in order for me to start on your commission.
5. Deadline and Delivery
5.a. Commissions will take up to 5 weeks to complete after I have received payment. However, depending on your slot in the queue and my personal circumstances this wait may be extended. I will be in contact if the latter is the case.
5.b. Amendments can be made after I have completed the sketch (sketch phase) and after the final illustration is completed (final phase). You are entitled to 3 free amendments at the sketch phase and 1 amendment at the final stage. The cost of any further amendments will be based on my standard rates (see 3.b.).
5.c. You will receive the final product via email.
5.d. You will receive 2 image files, a JPEG file and a PNG file of the final product.
6. Ownership and Copyright
6.a. All work is for personal or private use only unless agreed upon by both parties.
6.b. As the artist, I maintain all rights to my work and I may use it for my needs such as portfolios, unless discussed otherwise by both parties.
6.c. You must credit me (@lemonsandwhiteroses) as the artist whenever the art is used and showcased.
7. Kill Fee and Cancellation Terms
7.a. You are entitled to cancellation within 7 days after I receive your payment.
7.b. You must fill out the Cancellation Google form to confirm your cancellation.
7.c. A kill fee is required to make a cancellation. The cost of the fee is 25% of the original price of the illustration. This must be paid to the same account you paid for the original service. Only then, will you be entitled to receive a full refund.The service and its terms are subject to change. Consequently, the terms of service can be changed at any time.
